  • What's the commitment? Is there a contract?

    There is no contract to sign and you can upgrade, downgrade or change your subscription at any point in time.

  • Is there a limit on the number of users?

    We follow a flat pricing per outlet or location, so you only pay what you see on pricing page for 1 location. For additional locations, we provide a discounted rate based on the number of locations.

  • I am already using other vendors for online ordering and loyalty. How can I switch over without impacting my existing customers?

    We work with clients on a daily basis to transfer their existing data into the TrueKonnects platform. There are multiple ways to do it, and we ensure that your existing customers are not impacted in any way.

  • What happens to my customer data?

    The customer data that the platform collects for your customer visits online and in the restaurant is your property, and we ensure that your data is fully protected and never shared with any 3rd party agencies.

  • What kind of reports are available?

    We provide detailed monthly reports on your online traffic, orders, reservations, new vs. repeat business, and we show analytics on the overall business growth month on month.

  • How are the online payments collected and transferred to me?

    We give you the option to select from multiple payment gateways based on your preference (PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net), and we can also integrate any other payment gateways that you prefer. The payments are transferred to your account directly. We do not charge any additional processing fees on the orders.

  • Do you charge any commissions on the online orders or table reservations?

    No. We do not charge any additional commissions or processing fees on top of what the payment gateway will charge you for processing of credit cards. For table reservations, there is no payment gateway involved, so if you get 10 reservations or 10,000 reservations, there is no additional fees or charges to you.

  • How long does it take to get started (up and running)?

    Our on-boarding process takes anywhere from 5 business days to 10 business days depending on the complexity of your existing solutions. We will assist you step by step thruogh the process, and ensure that you enjoy the time that you spend with our on-boarding team. We know you are busym so we will do the heavy lifting for you.

  • Do I need to get my own web hosting?

    No. Everything you need for the website is included in the starter pack. If there are any custom requests that you have, we will be more than happy to help you out, and get you started as soon as possible.

  • How do I justify the investment into a new platform, when I already paid for a new PoS sometime back?
